Brandon Schoborg

Brandon currently works within a large hospital system in Florida, with over a decade of prior experience spanning urban fire/EMS, college EMS education, and hospital-based training programs. His career has included serving in EMS leadership, paramedic education, and program administration. He has directed EMT and paramedic training programs, overseen curriculum delivery and accreditation requirements, and supported operational readiness and provider development. Brandon completed his paramedic education at the University of Cincinnati in 2010 and holds an Associate Degree in EMS-Paramedic, a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science, and an MBA in Healthcare Management. He began his instructional work in paramedic education at the collegiate level and has continued to teach throughout his career in roles involving EMS program leadership, clinical instruction, and ongoing provider education.
Adam Peddicord
Co-Founder/Instructor

Adam Peddicord

Adam has been a paramedic since 1998, with his fire service career beginning in 1993. Having over 30 years of experience in emergency services, he has worked in both frontline response and senior chief-officer roles, including responsibility for EMS system coordination and clinical support for SWAT operations. These experiences have shaped his practical approach to patient care, crew readiness, and provider education. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in nursing and is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. His clinical background includes orthopedic care and addiction medicine, and he has taught EMS providers for more than 20 years at college programs and structured continuing-education platforms, focusing on preparing clinicians for real-world decision-making in high-stakes environments.
